AT&T TV needed to find its digital voice in a space that was already full of brands talking over each other. We weren’t about to enter a shouting match with our competitors, so how will we be heard amongst the crowd?

Let the people do the talking.

People already know they want uncomplicated TV with all their favourite content, when and where they want it. We didn’t need to tell them. We needed to answer them.  

So we created a tone of voice that highlighted what people wanted and deserved from their TV providers – all the deals, all the live and on demand, all on their terms. And we delivered. The result?   

A repeatable construct that’s simple to produce, flexible across all digital channels and performance funnels, and easily recognizable so everyone knew who to go to to get everything they want from TV.
